Demographics have shown that many buyers do not have the time in their hectic lifestyles to renovate and fix up homes.

Very early on in my career I noticed this trend and familiarized myself with the home building experience by participating in a few spec building projects. The knowledge that I gained has been priceless and has helped me help my builder clients in the marketing of their projects. I have been involved in the purchase of  the building sites, the design of the homes, selection of materials and products , the marketing of the homes and finding the buyers and closing the deals on many of these projects. I have worked with developers in condominium projects as well as many builders with single family homes. I have also introduced buyers to builders and helped them to build their dream homes. I have found this work extremely satisfying and rewarding. It has been an exciting process.
